1. About Real Game

Real Game is a digital platform, brand and media environment operated under the Real Game identity. It may include websites, publishing tools, social integrations, original shows, live broadcasts, field recordings, archives and related services.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Real Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You may use Real Game only in accordance with applicable law and the rules of any connected third-party platform.

3. Accounts and connected platforms

Some features allow you to connect third-party services such as YouTube, Instagram or TikTok. You remain responsible for your own account, your credentials, and compliance with the terms, policies, publishing rules and community standards of those third-party platforms.

4. Live broadcasting and publishing

Real Game may create, transmit, publish or archive live streams, field reports, recordings and short-form social content. If you submit, upload or authorize media through Real Game, you authorize Real Game to process, adapt, format, transmit and publish that media for the requested operational, promotional, editorial or broadcasting purpose.

Real Game may also use automated tools to generate captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails or metadata. Where review is available, you remain responsible for final approval before publication.

5. User content and permissions

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or control the necessary rights for any content you upload or authorize. You must not submit material that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.

To the extent necessary for the service, you grant Real Game a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, distribute, publish and archive the content you provide through the service. This license is limited to operating, improving, documenting, promoting and delivering Real Game and its publishing and live-broadcasting workflows.

6. Real Game rights, branding and broadcast protection

The Real Game name, RG logo, brand styling, website design, software, original visuals, original audio, original broadcasts, edited clips, archives and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

Except where Real Game gives express written permission, nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, resell, sublicense, rebrand, commercially exploit, rebroadcast or create derivative branded products from Real Game materials. Unauthorized rebroadcasting, scraping, redistribution, resale, misrepresentation or imitation of Real Game content or identity is prohibited.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use Real Game to:

• violate the law or the rights of another party;
• upload, publish or transmit content you are not authorized to use;
• circumvent access controls, platform limits or technical restrictions;
• harvest tokens, accounts, streams or data without authorization;
• misrepresent Real Game as endorsed by a third-party service;
• copy or rebroadcast Real Game’s protected brand or original content without permission.

8. Third-party services

Third-party services are controlled by their own operators. Their APIs, permissions, requirements and availability can change at any time. Real Game is not responsible for account restrictions, outages, enforcement actions or other decisions made by those third parties.

9. Service availability and changes

Real Game may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time for technical, security, legal, operational or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of every feature or social integration.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Real Game is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Real Game is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service, third-party platform behavior, publishing outcomes, account actions or unauthorized access, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, enforce these Terms or address abuse, security risk or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
