Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Real Game processes personal data in relation to websites, social integrations, uploaded content and live broadcasting workflows.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Real Game processes personal data when you use Real Game websites, services, connected social publishing tools, upload media, or participate in live or recorded content workflows.

2. Information we may process

Depending on the feature you use, we may process:

  • account and profile details you provide to Real Game;
  • technical information such as browser, IP address, timestamps and security logs;
  • videos, images, captions, tags, titles, descriptions and other media you upload;
  • social account identifiers and OAuth tokens returned by connected platforms;
  • publishing status, URLs, post identifiers and delivery or error information;
  • messages, support information or moderation-related records;
  • information appearing in live streams, voice recordings or broadcast archives.

RealGame player introduction (JOIN REALGAME)

Joining RealGame is voluntary. We request your email address to send a confirmation link and provide information about access to the player community. Email verification is required before an invitation is displayed, when available. This is not a sales or course mailing list.

The six introductory questions are optional. If you explicitly choose to share your answers, we hold them temporarily until email confirmation, then store them only for the RealGame team's introduction purposes. They are not displayed publicly or posted to Discord. Shared answers are cleared after 90 days by the scheduled maintenance process. Pending unverified answers are cleared after the verification link expires. If you do not opt in, your answers are not stored.

We use short-lived, pseudonymous request-rate counters for abuse prevention, which are deleted after 48 hours. Your verified email remains in our access list until you withdraw consent or request deletion. You can request access, correction or deletion of your player registration and any shared answers by emailing hello@realgame.to. Avoid including passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information in free-text answers.

RealGame Covenant declarations

The Covenant is voluntary and is not a test or selection process. You can optionally choose your current position, what frustrates you, your experience with AI and a broad savings range. To submit, you provide an email address, explain why you want to make a change and how you intend to use AI (each answer at least 15 characters), and agree to private review; a name, pseudonym and a question about where you feel misled are optional. We store your email, declaration, selected answers, an optional savings range (kept private), the submission date and consent choices for private review, and use your email only to contact you about your contribution (not for marketing or Discord invitations). Your email and optional savings range are never displayed in the public Covenant. No account or Discord membership is required. Covenant declarations are not automatically published or shared with Discord. With separate permission, a manually approved excerpt, selected position and limitation labels, and your chosen name or pseudonym may appear in the public registry. Your AI-experience answer is not displayed in the public registry. Without publication permission the submission stays private. Please do not include sensitive financial or health details or other people's personal data.

The form returns a private receipt code. Keep it if you may want to identify your submission later; we only store a cryptographic hash of the code. Request correction or deletion by contacting hello@realgame.to and providing your receipt code. Unapproved submissions should be reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. Short-lived abuse prevention counters help limit automated submissions. After a successful submission, the confirmation shows a permanent link to the separate Capture flow, where you can make a Capture to verify the moment. Opening or scanning that QR does not send your Covenant answers to Capture; information submitted there is governed by the information shown in that flow.

3. Live broadcasting and recorded content

Real Game may produce or operate live broadcasts, replays, short clips, highlights and archived recordings. If you submit content, join a session, communicate through the service, or otherwise appear in authorized broadcast material, related personal data such as voice, likeness, username, comments, submitted media and metadata may be processed as part of that workflow.

4. Connected social-media accounts

When you connect a service such as YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, the authorization flow is handled through that platform. Real Game may receive identifiers, profile data and tokens necessary to keep the connection working and to carry out the publishing functions you requested.

5. How we use information

We may use personal data to:

  • operate, secure and maintain Real Game;
  • authenticate users and connected accounts;
  • process uploads and prepare content for publishing or broadcasting;
  • generate captions, tags, descriptions or other publishing metadata;
  • deliver content to connected third-party platforms at your request;
  • maintain token refresh flows and connection history where supported;
  • diagnose issues, prevent abuse and improve service reliability;
  • protect Real Game’s legal rights, brand and content integrity;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. AI-assisted processing

Some features may use automated or AI-assisted processing to understand media or generate supporting metadata such as summaries, titles, descriptions, hashtags or tags. This processing is used to support the service you requested and is not intended to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you.

7. Sharing and disclosures

We may share information with hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security and processing providers to the extent necessary to run Real Game. If you instruct Real Game to publish to a third-party platform, the relevant media, metadata and authorization details are also transmitted for that purpose.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, enforce our terms, protect Real Game’s rights, or comply with law.

8. Data retention

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including account operation, security, audit history, publishing records, content archives and legal compliance. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the service context.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure or misuse. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data. You may also disconnect supported third-party accounts through Real Game or via the settings of the relevant platform.

11. International processing

Real Game and its service providers may process information in jurisdictions other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international data transfers.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our service, legal obligations or data practices change. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version.

13. Contact

Privacy questions can be sent through the contact channels published on realgame.to.
